Justin Townes Earle Performs on Letterman

Last Tuesday Justin Townes Earle's fifth studio album Nothing's Gonna Change the Way You Feel About Me Now was released and the Nashvillian performed the track "Look the Other Way" from the new release that night on the Late Show with David Letterman. A fan of JTE's, Letterman raved about the performance afterwards and was thrilled to the point of displayin the album's vinyl upside down. We agree that it's that distractedly good as well!

Justin Townes Earle's 'Nothing's Gonna Change the Way You Feel About Me Now' Out Today!

Justin Townes Earle's fifth full-length album 'Nothing's Gonna Change the Way You Feel About Me Now' was released today and is already getting some great reviews.

USA Today featured the album this morning, writing that, "With just 10 tracks, the album yields only a brief glimpse of the singer's troubled soul, yet leaves you wanting more". Rolling Stone wrote, "He recorded this album live in studio, but what comes across is control as much as immediacy. That's because, as always with him, songcraft is a means of conveying and containing emotions that might otherwise be unbearable."

For a deeper look at Justin and the making of NGCTWYFAMN, read the interview from Nashville Scene, in which Jewly Hight calls JTE "one of the most compelling singer-songwriters — and survivors — of his generation."

Be sure to watch Justin tomorrow when he's the musical guest on The Late Show with David Letterman, and grab 'Nothing's Gonna Change the Way You Feel About Me Now' on iTunes or justintownesearle.com.
